During the 2009 recession, Alfredo lost his job, but fortunately, Rian Smith hired and train him to work in his shop as an appliance technician. After two years of working for him, he decided to throw business cards and advertise his service on the local radio station of Salt Lake City. People started to call him to solicit his service, and customers usually recommended him to his friends and family. In 2012, Alfredo decided to open a shop in South Salt Lake City, and after 5 years in operation he sold his business and moved to North Carolina for the reason that he wanted to be closer to his family members. With his experience and knowledge, he opened another repair business in the Durham area in 2018. Alfredo takes it seriously in providing quality customer service and giving experienced appliance repair for all his customers. His mantra is treating customers with respect and dignity. Therefore, he has earned respect from his clients in the triangle community as well.
